Terms and Conditions

I Understand and agree that by signing this waiver, I am choosing to use the facilities of the Club with the full understanding that all exercising shall be undertaken by me at my sole risk and that the Club shall not be liable to me for any claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions, or courses of action whatsoever, to my person or property arising out of or connecting with the use of the services and facilities of the Club, by me, or to the premises of the Club.

 

I further understand and agree that I must report any and all injuries immediately to the Club staff. Additionally, I knowingly and expressly forever release and discharge the Club from all claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions, or causes of action, and from all acts of active or passive negligence on the part of the Club, its servants, agents, members, or employees. The term “facilities” means any and all apparatus, appliances, facility privileges, or services whatsoever, owned and operated by this club.
