Terms and Conditions

I acknowledge that I am in good physical condition, with no limiting physical conditions or disabilities, and able to safely use the equipment provided by Unite Fitness and participate in their exercise program.

I understand that participating in the cardio, strength and flexibility exercise involved in Unite's fitness program can be intense and carries risk of personal injury. I am solely responsible for any such risks associated with my voluntary exercise at Unite Fitness, or transit to and from Unite Fitness, and agree to release, hold harmless, and forever discharge Fusion Cross-training llc, Unite Rittenhouse llc, its owners, officers, coaches, employees and agents from all claims, demands, liabilities, rights or causes of action, present or future, whether known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated.

Participant further agrees to strictly obey instructors, observe safety rules, and stop any activity that is causing pain or discomfort and that in case of injury, the only medical treatment Unite Fitness will provide is first aid.

Participant agrees that any pictures, audio, or visual recordings taken of him/her in connection with Unite Fitness's training can be used for publication, promotion, articles, shows and advertisement without additional consent and without compensation at this time or any other time. If I do not wish to have audio/video content of me used than I will notify Unite at the time of recording.

I agree to opt into receiving company email and text messages related to my account, Unite's offerings, updates, etc., acknowledging that data charges may apply for text messages. 

I also agree that Unite Fitness is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend training or meetings.

I have read and understand this release and agreement and agree to its provisions. I am not under their influence of any drugs, alcohol, or other intoxicants. I am not suffering from any illness or incapacity. I am over 18 years of age. (If not over 18 years of age, parent or guardian must sign.) I understand that this Agreement and Release is a legally binding contract which has important legal ramifications and that I can review it with a lawyer before signing.
