My goal at SpinHouse is to empower our community to show up, own their ride, push where they can, and dial back where they need. My goal is to make a class with me the best part of their day.
A little bit about me: I have been in the fitness industry for over 15 years and still show up to some classes nervous to teach. The people in the room mean everything to me, so delivering an experience and showing up to push and inspire them is what you can expect from my class. Off the bike I spend my days working for a plant-based nutrition company, recording my podcast State of a Mother, reading and chasing my two kids around the house.
3 things that make a perfect day for me:
My perfect day includes coffee in bed (brought to me by my husband). Cuddles with my kids. A walk with my dog and maybe some yoga. A delicious meal in the evening.
On my bucket list: To write a book.
