Stephen began practicing yoga in 2014 to improve his tennis game.  As a collegiate, Division 1 athlete, Stephen appreciated the benefits that yoga brought after spending hours on the court, wreaking havoc on his joints and muscles.
From there his appreciation for the practice grew and he decided to begin the certification process in 2018, through Aura Wellness Center & under the guidance of Kimberly Sickmen.
Stephen particularly enjoys the meditation & introspective peace that yoga brings into his daily life.
