Sarah has been a passionate health and fitness enthusiast all her life - being physically active in team sports, such as soccer and lacrosse, & more solo activities like sailing, yoga, Pilates and long-distance running. Sarah has gained a firm understanding of how to push oneself to new strengths, while also respecting one’s body. She always encourages others to challenge themselves in order to achieve their true potential. 
 
Sarah is also a certified Cycle Instructor.
