Taylor Simpson has always been passionate about fitness, staying active through sports and making working out a part of her daily life. After a few years into her career at the United Nations and on Capitol Hill, she realized that her side hobby of helping friends and gym-buddies change their bodies through sharing workout and nutrition tips, that the fitness world was where she needed to be full time. So she got her NASM and ISSA Sports Nutrition Certifications and built her own business. Since that shift, Taylor has been 100% focused on helping people not only achieve their fitness and health goals, but also working on their mindsets to realize that to reach any goal, be it fitness, business or anything, that you have to have your Mind, Body and Nutrition all flowing together.
