Kristen has been a competitive endurance athlete since she was five years old. She spent decades running, swimming, and lifting weights through childhood, college, and post-collegiate athletics.

As a life-long competitive athlete, Kristen sees the criticality of incorporating cardio, strength training, mobility, the right fuel, a positive attitude, and mindfulness into training programs.

Kristen believes that we are capable of much more than we know and teaches from a place of high energy and positivity.

Kristen is a certified AFAA group exercise, RYT 200-hour yoga, Power Sculpt (yoga with weights), FloYo paddleboard yoga, WPA paddleboard, Cycle and Les Mills BodyPump instructor.
