Stephanie is an avid runner and yogi! Stephanie combined her love for running with yoga in order to help build strength and stay injury free. With more than 25 years of yoga experience she believes that the connection between the breath and movement of the body can have a profound effect on all aspects of your life. Incorporating yoga into her workouts and training helped Stephanie knock 38 minutes offer her personal best marathon time in the Richmond Marathon.
