Originally from Australia, Matt has been running all his life, and practicing and teaching yoga since 2016. A sprinter at high school, Matt discovered distance running around 2008 and went on to run marathons, do triathlons, and has since participated in several Ironmans. Matt brings decades of multisport experience to his teaching of yoga, with classes aimed at balancing the body and mind through deep breathing, stretching the muscles safely, and strengthening the core.
