Kim has 15 years of experience working in a variety of athletic environments, from the training room, on the field, pre and post race events, or backstage. She has established a reputation for helping athletes both prepare for the demands of their individual sport as well as find relief from pain to achieve more efficient movement. After living in many states, places, and foreign countries, she currently runs in her neighborhood, with or without dogs, taste tests ancient grain pastas as a chef’s wife, and has mini picnic adventures with her young daughters.
