WHY DO YOU LOVE SPINNING?
I love spinning because it is a 45 minute escape. I get to clip in, listen to good music, and turn off my thoughts while pushing myself to be better. I leave with a rush of endorphins and less stress; there is no better way to start my day!

I'd be an elephant. They're powerful, matriarchal, and they never forget.
WHAT DO YOU REMEMBER FROM YOUR FIRST CLASS?
I remember thinking "what the heck did I get myself into?!" I was sore for days but I kept going back, telling myself I could do it, and getting better! I'm hooked!
STRANDED ON AN ISLAND..WHAT 3 THINGS WOULD YOU BRING?
I'd bring my kindle, loaded with 1000 books, a knife, and a big straw hat.

When I'm not spinning, you can find me catching up on the news, chasing waterfalls, or curled up with a cup of coffee and a good book!
