I love the feeling of once the studio doors close, everyone in that room has one goal..to be the best they can be! Spinning is a workout for your mind and body. Who wouldn't love that!
IF YOU COULD BE ANY ANIMAL, WHAT WOULD IT BE?
A lion!! She is fierce and gentle when she needs to be. Also, they sleep 16 hours a day..now that's the type of beauty rest I'm talking about!
WHAT DO YOU REMEMBER FROM YOUR FIRST CLASS TAKEN?
My very first class I took, I fell in love. Every part of my body felt it and I was hooked! From the beginning of the 45 min, I knew teaching was what I wanted to do! And now look, I own a studio! That was some class!
STRANDED ON AN ISLAND..WHAT 3 THINGS WOULD YOU BRING? Right off the top of my head.. A solar lamp, a tree tent and a large Halloween size bag of candy! Nothing worse than being Hangry!
WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN NOT SPINNING?
I'm a wife and a mother, so I spend time with my family and of course Ash our silver lab. We enjoy long walks on the beach, dinners at sunset.. HA! OK, OK.. I enjoy being outdoors. I enjoy painting on canvas..when I have time and feel inspired. Most importantly spending time with friends and family.
