Why do you move?
I love moving because I can and I'm so damn thankful for that. I move to see what my body is capable of. And it's so rad. I also move to create headspace - to clear my mind and make me feel better!
What inspires you to train holistically every day?
I want to be able to do epic shit until I'm 90 years old and I want my body to be capable of and ready for anything. How would you describe your class? Inviting, high energy, intense, PARTY
