Lydia is a 750hr Register Yoga Teacher and holds a First Class Honours Degree from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. 

 

She has studied: 

• Mandala, Rocket & Vinyasa Yoga teacher at Yoga House London & Dragonfly Yoga
• 50hr Advanced Mandala Vinyasa & Shamanism Teacher Training with The Yoga People
• 50hr Advanced Rocket Teacher Training with The Yoga People
• Level 3 Diploma (600hr) in Teaching Yoga with Yoga Professionals
• Level 2 Principles of Exercise + Anatomy & Physiology
• Level 3 Anatomy & Physiology 
• Level 2 qualification in Acrobatics and Tumbling at National Circus Space

 

She has been a professional dancer and choreographer as well. She was featured as the lead in 'The Undecided Voter', in a short film in response to the Irish referendum to repeal the 8th amendment. ELLE magazine featured it.
