Andrew is both an RRCA and Vdot02 Certified Running Coach and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Fun fact: When he’s not running, you can find Andrew enjoying live music and art, boxing and eating snacks. Class style: Compassionate, diligent and personable. Andrew’s classes feature a logical progression from interval to interval and a deliberate pairing of programming and music designed to make you push your hardest at the most crucial points of the workout.
