Growing up, Andrew hated running. Everything changed while training for his first half marathon in 2017 when he experienced the freedom and empowerment that running inspires and the incredibly supportive community of runners throughout New York City. Since then, he has run an additional 6 half marathons, completed the Five-Borough Series and will be running his first marathon this November here in New York as a result of his completion of the 9+1 Program. He aspires to run all six major marathons. In his classes, you can expect a deliberate pairing of programming and music. His coaching style is compassionate, diligent and personable. Andrew is both an RRCA and Vdot02 Certified Running Coach and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. When he’s not running, you can find him enjoying live music and art, boxing and eating snacks.
