Dalton started running early through soccer in Colorado, which later ultimately led him to cross country and track; and he continues to enjoy hitting the pavement and racking up miles in New York City. He is a RRCA Level 1 Certified Running Coach and certified ACE Personal Trainer. Fun fact: He has had 5 surgeries all on his right knee. Class style: Make you a better runner outdoors. Think hills, progression, and speed work, but all connected in a way that will improve your running, both physically and mentally. Music to expect: Think remixes you never imagined, plus a little alternative, and a dash of rock music.
