A certified personal trainer, with specialization in Corrective Exercise & Fitness Nutrition, focusing on athletic performance and weight management. Fun fact: Tim used to compete in XC Ski & snowshoe races in Michigan Class style: High-energy vibes keep you moving through challenging but manageable programs - incorporating personal experiences and race techniques to motivate runners to get comfortable with the uncomfortable.
