Every day, every run has a purpose; never stop improving.
Conor competed for four years in cross country and track at the NCAA Division-I level for the University of Pennsylvania. He's turned his passion into his career by coaching at MHRC. Class style: Conor's goal for every program is to challenge you in unique ways, to push you farther and faster than you thought you could go. Expect long intervals (I mean, long intervals) to build your strength and increase mileage. Music to expect: You'll hear a mix of pop and punk songs plus a variety of remixes to keep you energized and motivated throughout the entire class. And maybe there'll be a Broadway song thrown in there too!
