Vinnie caught the running bug hard upon discovering the joy of racing. After running his first half marathon in 2013 he quickly dove head first into competing from 5k to marathon and ultra marathon, to 70.3 distance IronMan. Vinnie is an RRCA certified run coach, TRX group fitness instructor, and L1 Kettlebell certified trainer. He is a strong believer and living proof that with the right training, you can be capable of anything. Vinnie maintains that friendly competition is the best motivation- especially when your competition is the person you were yesterday.
