Star is a cardio group instructor and has been doing the fitness for over 10 years and facilitating group training for three years.
Her fitness background includes martial arts (Tae Kwon Do/Kajukenbo), boxing and cardio kickboxing. Star believes fitness is not only a mechanism for strength and weigh loss, but also a great tool for relieving stress and improving mental health.
With her knowledge and experience, Star's purpose is to create a positive and fun environment where clients work hard and sweat harder while effectively reaching their fitness goals.
