Deborah has been teaching Pilates since 1999, first trained by the Physical Mind Institute and later certified by Body Arts and Science International (BASI). She taught for 9 years at JMP physical therapy working with many post-surgical patients and has been in private practice for the last 6 years working with clients ranging from teenagers to octogenarians. Deborah's calm and easy style will make you comfortable immediately...so much so that you'll forget that you're working those small, deep muscles!
