Michael’s first experience with group fitness was with his Mom during a weekly water aerobics class. Eventually, they moved onto early morning Pilates and Bootcamp-style workouts. Their shared goals in fitness sparked a deep sense of self-discipline within him, further igniting his joy for movement.
In 2012 Michael received his BFA in Dance from the University of the Arts and booked a one way ticket to Los Angeles. Over the years, he immersed himself into the LA fitness community and rediscovered the camaraderie he had been missing.
Michael says: “I'm closer to my center of self every time I fight through a sprint, pulse it out at the barre or push through a plank challenge.”
What He’s Playing: His playlists range from Pop, Top 40, Classic Rock, EDM, Hip Hop to a little bit of Country; basically "Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get".
