Throughout her life she's always been active both in sports and dance. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree by pursuing her passion for Dance at The University of New Hampshire. Not only does she find dance to be a therapeutic outlet but she's found that cycle shares this quality. She began working at MISSION without the intention of instructing, but the first cycle class had her hooked. She realized cycling was a new and different way to dance. She's excited to share the motivation, enjoyment and freeing space she has found within cycle, with those around her.
