Hi everyone, my name is Shawn! I am so excited to meet all of you and welcome you all to the Studio3 community! My love for fitness started with playing sports growing up and has just grown from there! I’ve always had a passion for health and fitness but didn’t get into the industry until I moved to Washington from Las Vegas a year and a half ago. I have a serious love for animals and passion for helping so I would love to open an animal sanctuary one day! I love inspiring people to believe in themselves and believe that any goal can be achieved! Being healthy is not just about the physical but the balance between mind, body and soul!
