Clive Fogelman has a creative, inclusive and open-minded approach to yoga and meditation, influenced by his psychotherapeutic work and sports coaching background. He encourages people to cultivate intuition within their bodies, mindful that all individuals are different and continually evolving.

His tailored yoga classes emphasise linking breath and body to direct attention inward and become more aware of each moment and the unique nature of our own experience. Drawing on the parallels between yoga and life, the mat becomes an opportunity for personal exploration and transformation.

Clive teaches vinyasa flow, restorative and yin yoga, always offering variations for all levels. His meditation classes include guided visualisations, breathing techniques and often integrate poetry.

Clive is passionate about giving people the tools to thrive and supporting people to apply aspects of yoga and meditation into their lives in a fun, convenient and sustainable way.
