
What are you most proud of?
I am most proud of my awesome three kids, for their kindness and strength they bring to the world! I am also proud of starting a company, SALT with my business partner, Leanne! I look around every day I am at work and am grateful for what we have created, for the energy that I have brought into my studios, the amazing staff I get to work with and the rockstar clients I have to look forward to seeing everyday!
How do you reach your fitness goals?
Fitness is a lifestyle for me, it's not a goal of mine to workout but a part of my life. Working out fuels my mind, my soul and my body. It is a part of my week and when I don't work out I don't feel like myself and I don't have as much energy. I don't have to write goals but try to workout 4-5 times a week. When I workout 2x a week I feel good, 3x a week I feel great and 4-5 I feel amazing.
Healthy Living - I believe in eating clean during the week and allowing myself to indulge a little more on the weekends. “Work hard, play hard!”
