
How do you reach your health & fitness goals?
The biggest key to my personal wellness has been letting myself be a priority. Your time is the most valuable thing that you have; make time for you so that you can bring your best self onto others. This means saying no when you want to say no, even if you don’t think your “excuse” is valid. This can mean skipping your workout to have a slow morning and read a book that inspires you. It’s listening to your body and taking the time to slow down enough that you can really listen to your mind.
