How do you reach your health & fitness goals?
When I’m feeling off and have lost my motivation, the first thing I do is make myself a smoothie. Makes me feel good on the inside which then makes me feel like I can get to class/get on my bike/go out for a run.
Also, getting my butt to barre/cycle class even when I don't feel like it gets me going again right away! Going once makes me want to go over and over again.
