Meredith Jones is excited and honored to be joining The Dailey Method team. After her very first class in July 2011, she knew that this was the workout she was searching for and has never looked back. As a life-long runner, putting in anywhere from 25 to 30 miles a week for years, she became increasingly frustrated with a number of factors: the amount of time it required, the major stress it imposed on joints, and the noticeable plateau in physique. Not only was TDM efficient, challenging, and safe for all muscles and joints, she experienced the results she hoped for in just 4 days- and maintains her strength through continual practice in class. She appreciates her new found connection to mind, body and breath and values the stress relief the positive workout environment provides. Meredith hopes to teach in a creative and inspirational way that takes clients deeper while helping them achieve their physical and mental goals. Having studied Psychology, Counseling, and Political Science at Miami University in Oxford, OH and three years later completing a Masters in Public Health from DePaul University in Chicago, she draws from her formal education and experience to communicate and facilitate the transformational process of TDM and all its benefits. In addition, Meredith is a Policy Analyst at the American Medical Association headquartered in downtown Chicago.
