Jessica M.
Jessica has been instructing Group Exercise since 2010 and acquired a degree of Health Science and Physical Therapy in 2013. Along with her PTA license and 100+ hours of continuing education courses, she is also a certified AFAA Group Fitness Instructor. In her experience, Jessica has enjoyed teaching various group exercise formats including HIIT, Circuit Training, Yoga Strength, Bootcamps, Kickboxing, and Mat Pilates. She has always had a passion for health fitness and learning about the body. It is her goal to educate and instruct her clients in a way that will help make fitness a lifestyle and to “Get your sweat on with a Smile!”
