My name is Becca and I'm a third-year student at Boise State University studying kinesiology. I am originally from Sacramento, California, but decided to come to Boise to take advantage of beautiful mountains and rivers that it offers (and for school, of course). In addition to working as a spin instructor at UpCycle, I'm also an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and absolutely love it. I've always been super passionate about music and love discovering new genres and songs, so teaching spin is a perfect fusion of my two loves. When I find a new song that's fun and upbeat, there's nothing I'm more excited about than sharing it with my students all while getting in the BEST workout!
