Born and raised in Idaho, SJ moved to Charleston after earning her graduate degree in Health & Kinesiology from Purdue University. Her contagious energy has one volume… MAXIMUM. SJ’s rides are spunky but sincere, firey and fierce. Outside of the studio, you’ll find her on the water stand up paddle boarding, surfing, traveling and DJing. SJ loves that MethodRide challenges athleticism and is a catalyst for changing the riders’ complete body.
