Alisha is the cake face behind @sweetbakes_. A walking contradiction to the fitness game! With a background as a dancer & cheerleader for most of her life, she somehow found herself twirling into the kitchen at 19 to begin building her sugary empire. Alisha believes to her very core that life should be FUN, wether she is dancing it out, covered in flour, writing her first book, or cheering her classes on at Rise Nation. Rise has brought so much joy to her life, she wants to give that back & have you all walking out with a skip in your step and a smile on your face!
