Ellena is a New York native who has been dancing since the age of three. She was accepted into Tony Bennett's Frank Sinatra School of the Arts as a dance major. After graduating, Ellena continued her education on a pre-med track pursuing a professional dance career. Since then, she has worked globally in film, television, music videos, commercials, and live performances with recognized people including Mac Miller, Nikki Minaj, and Channing Tatum. Right before moving to Melbourne Ellena was dancing with the NBA’s Brooklyn Nets dance team and a three year SoulCycle Instructor. Now, as Rise Nation’s Head Instructor, a Master Instructor at Bodhi & Ride and a student of Naturopathic Medicine in Melbourne, her life revolves around all things fitness, health & wellness.
