I tried indoor cycle when I was in a sling from shoulder surgery & couldn’t do yoga. The class I went to, although I burnt a ton of calories, made me feel defeated. When I heard Erin was opening SPIN ICT I just had to try it again! Loved it! I got certified in January 2018 and am now instructing! My goal is to make everyone who comes feel like they CAN do it, at their own pace & have fun while doing so. I have been doing hot yoga for 2.5 years. and I am passionate about health & nutrition.
