Elizabeth has been teaching fitness classes since 2014. After graduating from Villanova in 2006 and starting a job in the corporate world (which entailed a lot of sitting at a desk and staring at a computer screen), she realized how important it is to stay active and healthy, both mentally and physically. After dabbling with many different forms of exercise and trying many different big box gyms, she found her love of group exercise and has never looked back. Elizabeth strives to create a positive and fun atmosphere while motivating her clients to do their best. She focuses on perfecting form, increasing strength, and building confidence while emphasizing the importance of the mind-body connection. Elizabeth hopes to inspire her students to feel strong and confident about themselves while having fun, chasing their fitness goals, and changing their bodies.
