Hello~ my name is Kamra and since my name is unique and unusual not many people get it right on the first try. So, I’ve answered to about everything. However I’ve yet to meet another Kamra. A few tidbits on me: •Montana made and proud •Momma of 3 crazy & lovely kids and a sweet, fur-doggie🐶 •Wife of a pretty special guy ❤️(awwww) •UM alum - GO GRIZ! •Passionate about health and the pursuit of happiness •Registered Nurse •Fitness Instructor🚴🏻♀️🚴🏻♀️💪🏻 •Outdoor-enthusiast, adventure-seeker, challenge-taker, music-lover •But first, coffee. Every time. •Obsessed with baking (everything), cake, Moscow Mules and the seat heater in my car •Happiest post-workout, sitting around a fire, spending time with friends & family, jamming out in my kitchen, hanging out/ playing on the lake or with a great book I believe that moving our bodies in some form, every day (for me it’s cycling, indoor or out, hiking Mt. Sentinel, skiing, running or being a gym-rat) is an incredible way to create positive CHANGE for our well-being. Not just the obvious physical benefits, which are fabulous for sure. I’m referring to the emotional lift, the energy boost and the stress-relief that working out creates. I am a better ME for it. What I also know is that a challenging work out is more fun, more motivating and harder to quit when we do it with other people! The more we do it, the better we feel.... on the inside and the outside. So let’s create better versions of ourselves and GET MOVING. Specifically, let’s CYCLE. 🚴🏻♀️To the beat of some ear-popping, music! (Mash-ups are my fave.) And you know what? It’s going to be FUN.🤸🏼♂️And a killer workout. That’s no joke. I’m going to be the one to encourage you to take some bigger chances on and off the bike. Come ride with me and create some change that makes you feel HYPED!
