I'm a transplant from NEA. NWA captured my heart and FreeRide gave me the courage, support and love that I never knew I needed. I have been a student of spin for the last 7 years and started teaching in 2020. I’m a careerist, wife, mother and music enthusiast. I have a flair for the unique and unusual and never have a shortage of art, coffee, bagels, mimosas and purple hair color. My music style is eclectic and when I’m on the bike I escape to a land of hair flips, waltzes, tap backs, heavy beats and big smiles. Join me and let’s have a dance party on the bike.
