My Psycle and TRX “lesson plans” are focused on YOU! On the bike, a mix of strength training and cardio will keep you moving. On the bands, you build core strength and accept challenge. Both will motivate you to reach your goals. I stay strong by training year round and have raced in the Tough Mudder, Mud on the Mountain, and The Gladiator Rock and Run.
