I am a workout enthusiast. I love to challenge myself on a daily basis. I have participated in 7 half marathons and 3 Tough Mudders. Once I was introduced to spinning, I fell in love with it immediately. Spinning is a fantastic enhancement to running which I also love, and I also find spinning insanely challenging every time I do it. I absolutely love experimenting with music and will literally spend hours putting playlists together for your enjoyment and as an added challenge each time. I strive to work just as hard as you and I will push you to that brink of bringing your body to failure. I know once you get to that point, you will realize that was the best hour ever and YOU will be happy with yourself that you completed it.
