I grew up in Derry / Londonderry in Northern Ireland playing every sport possible. I focused on rugby until I was 22, before admitting to myself that playing 1-2 games a year due to injury wasn't worth it anymore.
I started training "seriously" in the gym around this time, and was fortunate to be surrounded by like-minded peers at University who all wanted to find the best way to become fitter, faster and stronger.
I joined my first Crossfit gym in 2013, and started shadowing classes shortly after, and I haven't looked back since.
I moved to Dublin in late 2017 to work here at Perpetua and have grown as a person, coach and athlete throughout the 3 years here.
I specialise in an individualised & holistic approach to health. My focus is always building a relationship and working 1-1 with clients to work on a whole health package, covering everything from training, nutrition to mindset, stress and sleep.
This means I may push you to add weight on the bar, push harder in your cardio, and eat a little more or less to properly fuel your training, or I might tell you to take a day / week off the gym and focus on rest & recovery.
This will be based on what I believe to be most beneficial for you to achieve your goals in the most efficient and sustainable way possible.
