Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200hr) designation through Red Hot Yoga in 2012 Alex’s fitness journey began with martial arts training since the age of seven in several disciplines, ranging from traditional karate to modern day Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Along with his teaching, he is a Software implementation Consultant.
