Originally from Florida. Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200hr) designation through Red Hot Yoga in 2014 and has continued her education at both Thunderbolt Power Yoga of Atlanta & Pavones Yoga Center in Costa Rica (Yoga Alliance 350hr). She is a former gymnast, dancer and Real Estate Paralegal.
