Alison
Alison is a Chopra Center-certified meditation teacher with a passion for de-stressing people, so that they can accomplish more, have fun, engage in richer relationships and most importantly feel good.
Alison is devoted to both getting people to learn to meditate and to help create and reinforce lifelong practices. She teaches strategies to help quiet your mind and relax your body. Whether that sounds impossible, or you do it all the time, Alison looks forward to working with you.

Alison has taken her 20+ years of corporate communications and marketing background and blended it with ancient meditation and Ayurvedic teachings. Her teaching style encompasses a modern, non-woo woo spin on valuable science-backed information to enrich people's lives.

Alison practices what she preaches. When she’s not meditating or leading a meditation, she enjoys The Bar Method, spinning classes, yoga, walking her dog (who is quite a meditator in her own right), cooking (and eating), a great glass of wine, samurai Sudoku, sing-along piano bars, and indulging her love for travel and adventure with her husband and three sons.
