A California native, impulsive lover of life, and travel junkie; Sarah was first introduced to meditation as a way to heal the body when she was 19 years old. Since then, she has explored this mind body connection with a fervent curiosity to evolve, but her main goal is to keep it real. She’ll never offer up a technique that hasn’t personally benefited her life. Her lighthearted, nurturing approach is perfect for a beginner as well as the seasoned meditator. Expect to explore meditation with music, silent mantra, breath focus, and/or intention setting - just to name a few! Sarah is a yoga, meditation, and pilates instructor as well as the creator of “Illuminated Living,” a self care and meditation based coaching program.
