It is through this journey that she learned so much about the basic functional skills of working out, breaking down barriers and going back to the basics, following the process of small steps to achieve long term goals and most Importantly coach guidance, team work and community
She is 100% committed, focused and full of energy in all of her workouts, and she shares the same passion when programming her classes and coaching members. The goal of every person that joins her classes become part of her goals – At the end of everyday seeing members set, reach and achieve their goals and becoming a better version of themselves is truly her ultimate satisfaction!
