Living a healthy and fit life has always been important to me. It is also important that I can inspire and motivate people on their own fitness journey. Hello, I’d like to introduce myself. My name is Julie Zeppieri, a mom to three amazing kids, I love to cook and bake, I am a Nutritional Coach and most recent a Coach with Hers Kickboxing. Becoming a Coach has been a passion of mine and I am thrilled to help people live the best version of themselves!
Here are some fun facts about me.
Genre of music- I love music that I can dance to. Pop, Latin and Alternative.
Favourite kickboxing move- Power Crosses are a full body move, using strength in arm, core, hip and legs. I like the force in the movement.
Favourite movie- I am a huge Marvel fan, so I enjoyed all the Avenger series.
Choice of cheat meal- I prefer to call it indulging. Wood burning pizza hands down!
What makes you so fierce and fabulous- I am fierce because everything I do is with a purpose and often passion.
Why Hers Kickboxing is best gym in whole universe- At Hers Kickboxing it isn’t just about one type of training. While you do get a high-intensity workout from each session—performing at an all-out effort and actively recovering in between those bursts—you’re also moving throughout the entire class, so you enhance your endurance. The family like atmosphere makes it less intimidating and offers great support and motivation. I always feel like a warrior after a Hers workout!
