Aurora
Aurora B.
Aurora's introduction into the world of yoga began over a decade ago, when she agreed to join a coworker at a hot hatha class. She was captivated by the fusion of effort and ease, and quickly started exploring more classes. Drawing upon her background in dance, Aurora was particularly drawn to the fluidity of Vinyasa yoga, where breath intertwines with movement. As she delved deeper into her practice, Aurora discovered the profound impact yoga had on every other part of her life, and felt compelled to share the gift of yoga with others.
Aurora has studied and trained in various styles including Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin yoga under the guidance of mentors like Jason Crandell, Tawny Carroll, Stephanie Snyder, and Bernie Clark. Embracing mindfulness meditation as an integral part of her teaching philosophy, she aims to create an uplifting space where students can explore both the physical and spiritual dimensions of yoga, and a holistic approach to well-being. She hopes to inspire and empower others on their own yoga journeys, sharing the transformative power of breath, movement, and mindfulness.
