Diana loves teaching challenging and soulful vinyasa classes with creative sequencing. She began practicing yoga in 2009, and from there, she kept finding herself drawn to teachers who had studied with the same mentors. In 2017, she did her 200-hour teaching training at Laughing Lotus in New York City with those same mentors. While most of her teaching has focused on energetic flows, she has continued her training with restorative yoga and has come to appreciate the power of this slower practice that allows the body to blossom open and the mind to quiet.
Diana enjoys spending time in the Alaskan backcountry with her two dogs skiing, hiking, or leading wilderness trips. No matter what she's doing, yoga remains an anchor in her life and returning to the mat each morning offers her an opportunity to center, connect with breath and body, move with flow and joy. She's honored to have the opportunity to share this transformative practice with others and is grateful to all those who have shared teachings with her.
