Since completing teacher training in Palm Desert in 2009, Heidi has taught extensively nationally and internationally. Heidi is a senior teacher with a diverse background who has taught worldwide. From Vermont to Montana for Cheryl Webster, to California for Lynn Whitlow. Internationally, Heidi has taught in Cork, Ireland; Bali, Indonesia; Perth, Australia; and as a teacher trainer in Thailand. Heidi is a bonified yoga devotee who is deft at holding space for newcomers and pushing seasoned practitioners to new heights. Heidi loves to house/dog-sit out of her passion for connecting with people and the bonus of having more fur friends. She enjoys hiking, skiing, biking, camping, and being outside in Nature. Heidi Attributes her foundation for health, maintaining capabilities, and evolving psychologically/emotionally to her yoga practice.
